Thank you for viewing! Now
going on our 3rd year, we are a Consumer Real Estate information program on AT&T
Comcast, The Community Channel. We focus on improving the real estate
bottom line
of consumers throughout the Silicon and Central Valley. By tuning into the program,
viewers can expect to:
- learn information valuable to their family's financial and
personal goals, as they relate to real estate
- see unbiased information regarding the variety of issues we will
attempt to explain
- develop skills which are valuable towards achieving real estate goals
As well as other industries, the internet is changing the way the
real estate business is done. There are many "voices" trying to take up space in
the consumer's mind. Not only are there "opinions"...how do you sell a home, is
it time to buy, do you need to use a real estate broker or can it be done FSBO (for sale
by owner), but there is also much static even about "resources"...internet
"news", high-tech tools (or toys), online & offline "consultants",
and so on.
We aim to be unbiased. This will not be an easy task, and I hope
that, with your input, we can separate the opinions from the facts. Feel free to send us
your comments, criticisms, and questions. I would also like to know which real estate
experts you would like to see in the fields of mortgage financing, advertising,
telecommunications, and whatever else you deem important enough to learn through our show.
